Technology platform update: isothermal amplification + CRISPR POCT and lateral-flow assays
Jingzhun Bio continues to invest in two technology directions for infectious-disease and key-biomarker testing. Together they support a portfolio spanning 15 testing application categories.
Isothermal amplification + CRISPR (RAA + CRISPR) molecular POCT platform
Recombinase-aided amplification (RAA) rapidly amplifies target nucleic acids at a constant temperature, while the CRISPR-Cas system specifically recognizes the target sequence and produces a detectable signal. Together they form a molecular POCT platform combining high sensitivity, high specificity and fast turnaround: results in 20–30 minutes, and the platform extends to different pathogens by switching primers and crRNA. Based on this platform, we have completed prototype development and preliminary methodological evaluation of molecular diagnostic reagents for all four dengue virus serotypes (DENV-1/2/3/4) — in development, not on the market, registration not yet initiated; the methodological evaluation was performed on clinical samples and is not a registration clinical trial.
Lateral-flow rapid testing lines
Covering infectious disease antigens/antibodies (respiratory, gastrointestinal, tropical diseases, sexually transmitted infections and more), inflammation markers (CRP, PCT, SAA, IL-6), cardiac markers (cTnI, CK-MB, Myo, NT-proBNP), coagulation and metabolic indicators, in single-analyte and multi-panel formats.
R&D pipeline
Development is ongoing for further pathogen extensions (such as respiratory panels, border quarantine and veterinary testing) and additional application scenarios. Products under development have not completed registration and are not marketed products; pipeline information is provided only as a general statement of development progress.
